About Van Bogaert
Van Bogaert Bvba was founded by Frans Van Bogaert in 1974 in Antwerp as a pork processing company.
When Jan Van Bogaert and his wife Kristien took over the helm in 1991, the focus was on the boning and cutting of hams and bellies to customer specifications.
23 years later, in 2012, after finishing his studies in Industrial Engineering, son Olivier decided to join the company, which is now in its 3rd generation.
Jan's years of experience combined with Olivier's passion and sense for innovation guarantee excellent quality and customer-oriented service. This resulted in the construction of a high-tech machine park that was put into use in 2021, where the focus lies on deboned hams tailored to the customer.
Since 2021, Van Bogaert is part of Belgian Pork Group.
